i'm irish!
well, not really. but it's st. patrick's day. so whatev. lol... anyway. years and years ago, when we were all little my mom would wake up early and put green food coloring in the milk [as a good luck sign from a leprechaun] and make us a green breakfast [side note... the green milk used to really freak austin out... like really! it was funny, but that stopped the green milk tradition]. but for the last i dont know how many years, we've gotten green bagels from our favorite bagel place in town [bruegger's bagels]. this year, my mom was helping out at arena registration at sabino... so i got to go pick up our bagels! and man, are they yummy! green bagels really do make st. patrick's day st. patrick's day!

Yesterday at work, we were talking about green food because I was trying to think of something to make. I told my coworker about the green bagels and she didn't believe me. Thanks for helping me prove my case! Happy Green Day!
