garden of pumpkins...

i woke up & worked in the garden this morning... it's amazing how relaxing it is. and it was such a beautiful morning. we got an awesome monsoon yesterday... so this morning was cool & breezy. it really is a fantastic morning. i did end up cleaning out my garden though. the squash & zucchinis were looking pretty sad... i took them out to make room for tons of sunflowers & zinnias. i hope it turns out as cool as i see it in my head! haha... welp. here is my rather empty garden [as of this morning]. you can see how the pumpkins have grown the wrong way, lol... i dont mind. they are still doing great [they are in the shade over there].

oh, also... remember this little tiny baby pumpkin that i blogged awhile back? [this one...] well, it has grown. apparently we got a small breed of pumpkin, this one grew to about the size of a basketball. i still think its pretty dang cute though!

then...
now...

ps... here is another cute one that is growing... its about the size of a grapefruit.

what the pumpkins?!? I didn't know you had so many. It really looks better since you took all the other stuff out. I love your pumpkins. instead of growing ours, we'll just go pick them at your little patch!
