august 18th was my mom's birthday... although we ended up celebrating on the following sunday. we made fajitas and invited fun people over for dinner... and kelsey & i made a killer cake for dessert. it was a white cake with a raspberry filling and buttercream frosting [per the mom's request]. it was fabulously delicious.
