a summer day...

"a perfect summer day is when the sun is shining,
the breeze is blowing, the birds are singing
& the lawn mower is broken."

on a sad note, i think im killing my pumpkins... i think they have a fungus or something and i just don't know what to do. and im pretty sure my zucchini plants are a moth breeding facility now. awesome.

speaking of my zucchini plants... they are seriously ginormous
[and i'm still making tons of zucchini bread].

my basil and little baby oak trees are both doing great still...
they make me smile.

I know I'm at your house a lot, but I didn't realize your zucchini are SO FREAKING HUGE! We're totally in love with the bread. I wonder how many loaves Hayley and I have consumed together...I bet it's a lot!

Good job to Austin. He needs good manly chore to do (since we know he's not good at the bathroom)!

Good Job Austin, and you will have that job FOREVER!! I loved your zuchinni bread while I was there. The 2 loaves of pumpkin bread you sent home with me, I gave one to Aaron (in Vancouver), he loved it. The second one was a little squished by the time it made it back to Boise, Mark just unwrapped it and started taking bites. Rachel and Mark ate it so quick. I didnt even get a bite from those 2 loaves. But the kids LOVED them! PS Thanks for sharing your bedroom with me.
