oh wow...

okay.... so tons and tons has happened since the last time i blogged. its incredible. [click here to go to kelsey's post about it.] we've been to the been to the cabin. we've gotten sick. we've babysat the most amazing dogs [i wish i could steal their german shephard]. we've babysat 300 boys at a cubscout camp. we've taught those same 300 boys fun leather crafts. we've driven up and down mt. lemmon behind stupid slow drivers wa-hay too many times. we've been swimming. we've hand underwater handstand contests [kelsey won]. we've not yet cleaned and unpacked from all of our adventurs. sigh. and now we get to relax! haha...

here are some fun swimming pictures... because they're awesome. be checking adrian's blog for a cute video of hayley in the pool... it was the very first time she actually liked it. she does this really funny thing were she tries to catch the water. its goofy and it makes me laugh! and can i just say how much i love our pool? its pretty much the best thing ever.

here is my super duper exciting bit o' news!

the first time i blogged about my newly planted garden it looked like this...

the last time i blogged about the garden it looked like this...

as of this morning, my garden looks like this...

sigh. isn't it just beautiful? i just love my garden! before we left for the cabin i changed the watering system to 3 minutes, 3 times a day... and my plants are absolutely loving it! the whole garden really has exploded! one of the pumpkin plants has grown all the way down to the zucchini! the zucchini are just massive! and still growing! its spectacular really. i planted all of these plants from tiny seeds! incredible!!

anyway.... the really really exciting part is that today i harvested my first zucchini! :) and!! i made zucchini bread! :D is that not the coolest thing ever?! zucchini bread with home-grown zucchinis. fantastic!! [and delicious!!] haha... now i need to go get ready for church, but i just couldn't wait to blog... i'm just so excited!!

can you see the zucchini back there?

kendle, i love your garden too! you are amazing for being able to make all that grow when it's 100+ degrees out there! and i would have to agree... our pool is the best thing ever :)

Huzzah!!! Your garden actually makes me kind of (I said KIND OF) wish I had one of my own. It looks so pretty and now I really want zucchini bread!

Oh my Hayley bug trying to catch water. I love her! Dustin really likes that other picture of her. I think her hair looks stringing but it is really sweet of her.

I am super jealous of your garden. So just grow it and give me some. Ok? ok. Your bread looks YUMMY!
