so... every year come valentines day, mom makes us heart shaped cookies with our names on them... and im pretty sure i wasnt gonna get one this year... [maybe there will still be one at home with "kendle" on it... do you think?] so i decided to make one for myself. i used the betty crocker recipe... and i didnt realize that we didnt have tbs and tsp measuring thingys until i was already doing it... whoops. haha... so i kinda just eyeballed everything. and i think they are a little dry. [i couldnt find moms recipe anywhere]. so i just did it. and i didnt realize that we didnt have a rolling pin... or a cookie cutter. so... haha... i pretty much just made everything up as i went. they turned out pretty cute. and i wrote me and my roomies names on them... and brooke helped me decorate.

That's so cute that you included your roommates! I was beginning to think they were imaginary because you never ever mention them. That's ok though. I know great roomies can never be replaces! ;)
So I think I'm going to make Valentine cookies for my neighbors. Every year (as in once)at Christmas, I make a plate of goodies and give them to all of our neighbors on our little street. Well this Christmas never happened. (Thanks to bedrest.) I feel really bad about it though. I really try to be a good neighbor. So I think I'm going to make them valentine cookies! That's not too weird right? Its the holiday right after Christmas plus I have a good excuse! What do you think??
