we started our journey in the tucson airport... where the security guard said that we were an odd pair of friends... with our byu and u of a sweatshirts. haha. we did see the first of many sunrises though!
we had a little layover in chicago where it was snowing like crazy and where i got many funny looks for wearing my flip flops, but i was going on to miami... i didn't mind! lol!
ps... the toilets in that airport were amazing! it had a motion sensor on it and it rotated this sanitary plastic cover on it so it was clean all the time! best invention ever!!
we got to miami, caught a shuttle to our hotel. we stayed at the fortune house... which sounds like a chinese restaurant or a strip club, but really it is neither. it was a really cute condo turned hotel. we only paid for a one bed room... but it was two bedroom, two bath, full kitchen plus a balcony with a view of the bay (we still slept in the same bed, haha).
we might have spit off this balcony... hahaha :)

I just read about your entire cruise. I am so glad you had so much fun! I'm also glad you didn't hit any storms - Tyler and I went on a cruise for our honeymoon and there were two storms that hit and I was seasick pretty much the entire time! Imagine barfing on your honeymoon - it was miserable! (But then again, you know you've married the right man when he doesn't care!)
Your excursions sounded like they were so much fun. I want to go on this cruise next!
