boarding...

we woke up and went down to the continental breakfast in our pajamas, stole some bagels, and went back up to our room to get ready. the front desk chicks told us that we would be able to get a taxi in less than 5 minutes... apparently they are new. there was a good one hour wait from just our hotel for taxis. they had a told us about this shuttle thing that takes you down to the pier... so we started walking hoping to find it when a taxi flagged us down. i didn't know if that was common practice, but i sure appreciated it. the pier was wa-hay farther away than i thought! haha...

the first glimpse of the carnival valor!

we finally started the boarding process. once we got on the ship we wandered around for a bit, ate some food, and took a few pictures. eventually we got to go down to our stateroom and check it all out... i really loved our room! it was fantastic! and we had a great steward who kept everything looking beautiful! i'm gonna miss him... and miss clean sheets and a made bed everyday! lol!

we went back to the top as we started to leave miami... took some more pictures and then nicole went down and line danced, chicken danced, and macarana'ed with the best of them! it was fantastic!
