{cabin fun}

for memorial day me dad kelsey and austin went up to our cabin in nutrioso, arizona (its in between eager and alpine). we drove up early saturday morning and met grandma and grandpa, kristy dave lexi and friend marissa, and elvin and janet and marcor.... at it was a really fun trip!!

we got to go shooting on saturday afternoon... i havent been in a couple years i think, and im embarrased to admit i wasnt that good of a shot... but i still had fun!

kelsey got a little cold thingy and she wasnt feeling well, so saturday evening we drove into eager to get some nyquil... and right at the edge of nelson resevoir we almost hit two elk... we didnt actually almost hit them, but they were in the road... and we did have to stop and honk at them- it was pretty exciting!

we went to church in the eager ward... after that was done we said goodbye to elvin and fam and headed back to the cabin for a delicious dinner and naps. at one point i saw cows down in the lower field... the field closest to the cabin... so me and austin went down to say hello... he got the camera and i went on a picture taking spree... haha... it was fun [i used kelsey's brand camera that she got for graduation... oh shoot! happy graduation to kelsey!! ill blog that next...lol]

we also made s'mores and had fun with all the crazy little hummingbirds.

monday we got up cleaned up the cabin... i got to clean the bathtub [which by the way, was incredibly gross... shame to whoever was there last and didnt clean the stinking cabin.] and then we made some sandwiches and headed out...

overall it was a very fun weekend!!

next time im up there ill go fishing...

anyway... here are some pictures... i had to many to just post so heres a slideshow. and sorry there are so many of cows... they were just so cute and so nice. someday... when im old and retired most likely, i will get a couple cows... someday...
