oh sad day...

so this morning was a really rough morning for me.

i woke up all types of excited for my family to get here... (and they are by the way, and i will post pics tomorrow, adrian...dont worry!) and i was getting ready in the bathroom with danielle. i went to pick up my straightener... and apparently the cord was stuck in the drawer... so my hand slipped and i ended up grabbing the plates... and then i was startled and dropped it. and it broke. a piece chipped off and both the plates cracked.... and i might have said a bad word... but seriously! my straightener!! my hundred dollar straightener! it broke! i was very very thoroughly upset. and then!!! im leaving to go to school, and jared and our roommate crystal were talking and jared was like "hey, do you realize that you will be the only one left in this apartment after christmas?" and i said. "what. this sucks." for serious! this sucks! danielles getting all types of married... apparently crystal is moving home (as soon as possible i think) and sarah is...well i dont really know. but shes not going to be here. hmm. yeah. needless to say it was a really rough morning for me. sheesh.

but i guess everything will be okay. i think the straightener has a lifetime warranty... so im really hoping and praying it will be covered. yeah. and my family is here!! and they came and saw me at work... and then tonight they gave me halloween presents... and i got these wicked sweet skeleton lights... that i have already hung on our front window. they are l.e.d and are so dang cool!!
