happy birthday to me!

so sunday was my birthday! i turned 21!! yay!!

...i'm seriously legal now! lol... for my birthday (on saturday) me and danielle and jared and my friend jon... who i knew in thatcher (who is up visiting) went to hogle zoo in salt lake city! i was so excited! and it was so so much fun! we looked at all the animals... saw the pachyderm show... ate amazingly delicious dippin dots.... and rode the zoofari train ride! it was a blast... i don't know why i love zoos so much, but i really do! if it was closer i would buy an annual pass... i'm not even kidding! it really was the funnest thing ever! we got to watch the orangutans play with each other... and this zoo has this really cool giraffe house (i think that was my favorite part) its this two story building that you can go in and be seriously close to the giraffes! it was the coolest thing i have ever seen! so thank you jared (that was my birthday present! :) after that we went to this fun little dress shop, to look at wedding dresses... it was really funny actually... we had to wipe our hands with baby wipes before danielle could try on dresses... and they had these special gloves for the dresses from the back (i had to wear them too... cause i was helping her... zipping her up and what not! lol!) i bet the dress shop ladies would be pissed if they had known we had just gotten back from being at the zoo all day! haha... we didn't tell them! :) and danielle found a couple dresses that she really liked! and then we met up with tim (jared's friend) and his fiance michelle and went to dinner at rubios... we came back home... and once it got dark we watched signs. that movie still scares me! i've seen it a lot... and it still scares me! then on sunday we went to church... came home and took a birthday nap... then ate dinner that sean (jared's friend) made this amazingly delicious dinner! it was wow... amazing! danielle made the most amazing from scratch dinosaur birthday cake ever! and then i got sung to again... but we didn't have any candles either, so i blew out a match (apparently nobody buys candles anymore...hahah!) ... so they had to sing really fast! lol..then we ate it! :) oh yeah! and that was my birthday! yay for zoos and dinosaur cakes! and thank you to everyone who called and texted me! it made me so happy! hugs and kisses to you all! :) oh and danielle got me the coolest green hat ever (ive decided to start my hat collection... since its gonna be all types of cold up here, i figured i should start my hat collection! its really cute!)
