today is a happy day.
the little brother went down to the dmv and took his driving test and passed :) also, on a completely related note, his eagle project has been approved. woot!
so... in celebration of all this exciting news (and because adrian had left over peanut butter frosting from this cake she made for dustin's birthday) mom & i made tino a little itty bitty awesome cake all for his own enjoyment. do not be fooled by it's miniature size. it packs one heck of a peanut-buttery punch!
congrats, little brother on this big day of yours. i welcome you to the world of independent drivers. and i look forward to splitting grocery-getting with you.
ps. dont be stupid... or the parentals will ground you for the rest of forever.
love ya!

Such a happy day!!! Congratulations Austino!!!
btw, your mini cake inspired by my awesomeness is mighty clever! What did you use as the actual cake...or is it all just the amazing peanut butter frosting??? either way, I need to stop drooling!
First of all, yes the parentals will ground you for the rest of forever for any traffic violation--or if you exceed your boundaries.
2nd, it is actual cake. I used some small pie tins and trimmed the edges. It is a 2 layer cake.
And Adrian's frosting was fantastic.
HE DID IT!!! What a happy day! Austin texted me today while he was out and about (not while he was driving, mom) and he said it was the best feeling in the world.
BTDubs, our brother is such a stud!! What a dang cutie!
