oh and real quick... [this isnt fourth of july-sy, bear with me]
this morning i went out to water the plants out back and something in the pool caught my eye. this is what it was...
poor little [well, not so little... this thing was huge... like 10 inches long... bigger than the gila monster... no joke] lizzard. he has some pretty coloring- but still, ive never liked finding dead things in the pool...

I’m sad that I missed the sparklers, but Hayley really needed to get into bed. I watch fireworks on tv. Lame! But overall it was a very fun day! The festive cheesecakes were particularly delicious!

haha i didn't want to touch the lizzard so i left it in there and you found it the next day! haha i swear i forgot about it though, cause otherwise i would have gotten austin and made him take it out! haha
forth of july was fun this year! and i didn't get burned!!! kind of deviating from tradition a bit! :)
